Behavioral health professionals typically enter this field to make a positive impact on individuals' lives and contribute to societal well-being, not to grapple with daunting administrative tasks, number crunching, or complex government and state regulations. This passion often stems from a personal experience with therapy, a fascination with psychology, or a deep belief in the power of human connection.
